Hiring process

Candidates go through four stages: an initial alignment call, a role-specific or technical interview, a practical task, and a final conversation with the team. The process usually takes 2–3 weeks depending on the role. After the final stage, we make a decision and follow up within a few days with either an offer or feedback.
